Player Career Shooting & Possession ratings feel broken after Title Update 1.3.0

Hi everyone,

I’m playing Player Career Mode and I’ve noticed something strange with my match ratings after Title Update 1.3. I’d like to know if this is working as intended or if it might be a bug.

I’m in my 3rd season of Player Career, playing on Ultimate difficulty with 15-minute halves. My playstyle is very focused on shooting and dribbling. For example, in one recent match after the 1.3 update I had stats like this:

6 goals from 6 shots on target (100% shot accuracy, xG around 3–4)
90+ dribbles with about 97% success
A lot of forward passes and key passes

Before Title Update 1.3, performances like this would usually give me a 9.5–10 rating for both Shooting and Possession. Now, with very similar or even better stats, I’m getting something like:

Shooting rating around 7.9
Possession / Dribbling rating around 7.0–7.5

Passing rating is still 10.0 most of the time, just like before, so it feels like only Shooting and Possession ratings have dropped.

My questions about this are:

Did 1.3 change the way Shooting and Possession ratings are calculated in Player Career?
Are there any known issues or bugs with the new rating system in this update?
Do these ratings (around 7–8 for Shooting and Possession with the stats I mentioned) look correct to you, or do they seem off?

I also have a question about the Personality system. I chose Virtuoso from the beginning. I am now in my 3rd season and I’ve put every personality point and all purchases into Virtuoso choices. I usually aim for a 10.0 match rating to push Virtuoso even more, and in many games I actually get 10.0 overall.

Even with that, my Virtuoso percentage is only about 46% right now. The target for Virtuoso seems to be 65%, which feels extremely high with how slowly the percentage moves.

So my questions about Personality are:

Is it normal for Virtuoso to grow this slowly, even when almost all decisions and performances are pushing that path?
Is 65% for Virtuoso realistic in a normal career, or is it tuned too high compared to Maverick/Heartbeat?
If I had picked Maverick instead, would it be easier in practice to reach 65%, or is every personality path balanced the same way?

Right now it honestly feels like if I had picked Maverick, I would already be close to, or above, the 65% mark, whereas for Virtuoso it seems almost unreachable even with a very disciplined playstyle.
