Pre-order rewars are missing

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition in August on Steam. I also purchased EA Play on Steam for even earlier access. I was able to launch the game, but I didn’t receive any of the rewards, unlike my friends who did the same. I didn’t get the Premium Season Pass or the FC Points.
