I pre-ordered the PS5 version of FC 26 Ultimate Edition. If I subscribe to EA Play, can I access the game on September 18 at 13:00h(BST)? or just PC can access early

I know, but this post[Info] FC 26 Release Times says that EA Play allows earlier access than the Ultimate Edition. I want to confirm if this is also the case on PS5.
Only PC gets to play tomorrow at 2pm CEST, console players get to play at their midnight
Here the Community Manager confirmed that it works on all platforms.
