Premium pass bought although I have EA play pro

I bought the premium pass because they took so long to give the ultimate edition content that I thought they gave it all and was not included. Then the next day I receive an in-game message saying they had problems awarding game content and that they were gonna give the premium pass soon. Now I log in today and two days later after that message it gives me the animation when you buy the premium pass although I already have it. Is there a way to get the fc points back, as I bought something I was entitled to and it was admitted to be a mistake that players received it so late
