Preseason rewards earned in fc25 carryover to 26?

Obviously they carry over, but my concern is:
I have always played on ps5, but for this time i bought the game for PC. 
Anyone knows if i still get the Preseason OBJ EVO etc rewards into my pc fc26 game?
it is linked with my ea id/psn 

note, i had fifa 22 on steam aswell. and if i try to load that game, it does say that the servers are closed, but when it was trying to connect, it did show my psn gamertag :)

and when logging into my ps5 fc25 acc now, after buyin the new game for pc, it did send me pop up noti.  acknowledging that its bought. Thank me for my purchase. that made me think, it surely gonna carry the preseason rewards over.

BUT xdxdxdd Then when i went on the companion app and the pop up noti popped up with the news about the new objective that is gonna give furthermore rewards if completed, IT said" all carryover rewards must be redeemed by logging into fc26  with the same Ea Account AND PLATFORM Family.. that made me think i aint gonna get em :(
