Pro club

Hello, 

I live in the United state of America but my friends in Italy, I’ve joined the team and we played like one game every other day cause it won’t let the game start when I’m in the lobby. If we play like friendly game on pro club it works well, than we try to play league and it won’t start the game. 
What’s happening? Servers? License?  since it’s not out yet? Someone help me! EA help me
