Request for Refund or Compensation Due to Misleading Information in Pro Clubs

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing regarding an issue in EA Sports FC 26 Pro Clubs mode that led to an unintended purchase of Instant AXP consumables, which I now cannot use fully and for which no refund option is available in-game.

Instant AXP consumables (Direct Apply AXP) can only be applied to Archetypes below level 40 (increased from level 25 in the Holiday Update). I planned to boost my new Marauder Archetype to level 40 for an improved gaming experience. To plan my purchases efficiently, I relied on the "Level Rewards" section in the Archetype progression page, which displays the AXP values associated with each level.

Unfortunately, this section presents the AXP figures as cumulative totals (the total AXP required to reach that level from level 1), rather than the AXP needed to progress from the previous level to the current one. There is no in-game note, tooltip, tutorial, or clarification explaining that these values are cumulative. As a result, it is easy to misinterpret them as the per-level requirement—especially since AXP costs naturally increase at higher levels, which aligns with common progression systems in games.

This misunderstanding directly caused me to over-purchase Instant AXP consumables, expecting them to cover more levels than they actually could. In-game, there is no refund option for these consumables (unlike full game refunds), and accidental or misled purchases of this type appear to have no pathway for reimbursement.

I kindly request that you review my account and consider one of the following resolutions:

A refund of the FC Points or Club Coins spent on the excess Instant AXP items.

Compensation in the form of equivalent consumables, FC Points, or other progression aids.

I have always enjoyed EA Sports FC and support the game, but this lack of clarity in a key progression menu has resulted in unnecessary expenditure. Adding a simple clarification (e.g., "Cumulative AXP to reach this level") would prevent similar issues for other players.
