Thank you for your response but I strongly disagree that this is a network issue on my end.
I was in a PlayStation party during the disconnects. My voice chat never dropped, which proves my internet was stable. Only the EA servers failed.
- Division Rivals: You ignored the fact that the servers were down during the final hours. I couldn't play my last match for rewards due to your server status.
- Belgium context: Since I cannot buy points, these losses and missing rewards create an unfair disadvantage that I cannot fix.
Please escalate this to a supervisor. I expect a manual review of my logs and fair compensation for these server-side errors.
