the code says its invalid for me WHYYYYY!!!!!!!

i got emailed the code about 12 hours ago and when i woke up, i checked my emails and i saw the code, so i went to redeem it n it said it was invalid, so i went onto the website which checks your red...

got sent a beta code for the switch and it turns out it was an invalid code and it doesn’t even let me request a new code to be sent because of the code being invalid how can I sort this out
