Why is this game sooooo done

Turning 50 this year myself and playing since '99, I can only agree. This game changed from setting the bar for sport games into a Mario Bros meets Pinball meets Pokemon meets bee hive experience. Every year the same empty promises: "advanced technology", "better graphics", "we listened to you", but every (tiny) upgrade of things that are actually not that important in football, comes with a downgrade of the gameplay, up to a point that each game becomes a dreadful experience

Just think, one of the first soccer games was INTERNATIONAL SOCCER for the Commodore 64, many years ago!

Regarding EA FC, yes, I agree with you; the game is now at its end...

It's not very fun, frustrating, and full of glitches/problems that completely ruin the gaming experience!

But what's worse is that they say they listen to the users, yes, but which ones???

I consider myself an average player, but in UT it's currently impossible to play or compete with anyone of my level.

In DR, even in the very low divisions (D9 D8), you find yourself playing with people from five or six divisions higher, the same thing in the various online events. The WL is far from my capabilities because it requires at least one appearance in D6...

Here on the forum, many of us have reported these problems, but so far nothing has changed.

Unfortunately, due to these problems, I was forced to abandon the game in November...

The only mode I currently play is Battles, even though they're quite problematic...

I also think this game needs a major overhaul...

FC 27 will only be played by professionals

If that's the case, I hope they have the decency to say so clearly, so that many casual players won't throw their money down the drain!

ricsilver063​ The changes from year to year is minimal. EA don't want to use money to improve the game, because they don't have to. They know that they have monopoly of the game. The only way to brake this is if some other company challenge them. If that happen I'm sure that EA will take more efford, and use more money to improve their fc.

Monopoly is poison to customers!

Just because EA has a monopoly doesn't force us to buy it, even if we've been fanboys of the game for years...

Personally, I've been very, very disappointed with the game this year...

Of all the modes, the only one I play is Squad Battle; all the other online modes are unplayable because of their unbalanced matchmaking. So I spent over €100 in August to play one mode...

As always, in their promotional campaigns, they try to hype up the user base as much as possible, and you have to admit, it's one of the few things they do well. Every year, it seems like they turn the game upside down, but then, when it comes down to it, they change practically nothing and, in fact, become worse than the previous year...

In this forum, you read a lot of complaints about competitions, gameplay, matchmaking, and servers, but they're completely ignored. The only ones who manage to get themselves heard are the pro players!

This year, the game's stated problem was the CPU and overly automatic defenses, and in recent months they've released several patches.

Now they haven't complained for a while, so everything's fine with EA!

Unfortunately, we regular users have little, if anything, say nothing.

In conclusion, as far as I'm concerned, I won't be pre-ordering the game again this year, and if I do, I'll only do so after hearing some feedback, perhaps at a discounted price. This company no longer deserves my trust!

I hope others will follow my example!

Have been playing since Fifa 98, the game is dead. The focus is not on giving the users a halfway decent game, but rather in making it frustrating, so the less intelligent people spend real money buying coins. 

When they release the game, usually the gameplay is alright. Then they go to work on it and it becomes shamefully bad. 

EA now pay below average industry wages, they don't want talented devs to make great games. They want weaklings who don't give any pushback when the accountants want to make the creative decisions. 

They don't care about long term profitability, it's just about short term cash grabs so the CEO can get his bonus. By the time the shareholders (now the saudis) realise they have been bamboozled, Andrew Wilson will be off enjoying his bonus money.

Im 56 and as I can't play anymore this game is my football releasei play on ps5 just kick off mode and I turn the Internet off so  nothing  can  interfere with game  and im am very critical because I know this game is good i played the beta it was really good at first . So one thing I dont get is the transition from professional to world class this game just cheats its butt off to win I dont get it ?? It just drains the enjoyment out of the game and even when you start mastering world class it just cheats more ill explain . It nerfes everything you do slows you down in animations,  transitions , smoothness , it just delays everything you do pass , shoot , heading , running , defending attacking it slows you right down its not lag or networks or servers its cheats that delay everything you do . The game shoots your keeper palms it to the cpuai everytime but when you shoot the keeper palms it out your players run off that's just one minor cheat and they said they fixed rebounds and fouling ea do you know what a foul is because tjis game cpuai constantly fouls uou to get the ball back constantly not occasionally all the f**king time anyway rant over I know it'll never get fixed or responded to but there ya go the game is one big cheating mess delete my post ban me I dont care anymore your game sucks 

My last game before this one was FIFA 18.

I left back then because of the cheaters. I thought that now EA would have fixed this as they did with Battlefield and they talked about "Javelin anti-cheat".

In the end it was just a marketing ploy as this game is full of cheaters. When playing Champions or Rivals, 80% of the players are cheating. I have reported hundreds but EA stopped looking at reports on Jan 4th. This company has simply given up.

As this is a total scam, this was the last EA game for me.
