I’m also a long-term player and never used coins or external tools. It just feels like normal trading is being flagged incorrectly.
Did support give you any explanation at all or just the standard response?
If you’re from the EU, you can also submit a GDPR data access request to see what triggered the ban.
They have 30 days to respond, but can also say they need more time and use 60. But they are legally required to give u the information.
You can do it through EA’s privacy portal or email: [edit: email address removed]
It won’t fix the ban directly, but it forces them to provide what data was used in the decision, which might help clarify what happened.
