Transfer market unlocked then re-locked on web app

Hi so I bought the ultimate edition and started playing ultimate team for 7 days straight with well over 10 games per day. After 3 days i received a message in game saying “trade on the go” and I was notified that I now had earned access to the transfer market via web app. I checked on the app and voooiala it was opened. 2 days after I logged in on the app, and it now says the same generic text as before unlocking which says that this account has yet not earned access. How is this possible?
