Transfermarket Ban?
Hi EA,
I have been playing Ultimate Team for over 10 years, I’m an FC Founder, own the Ultimate Edition, and have an active EA Play subscription. I know the rules well and always follow them. I saw this youtube video of a big youtube and i have exact the same problem±

However, I have been banned from the transfer market for more than a week now, on the grounds that I was allegedly involved in buying or selling FIFA coins. I want to stress that this is not the case.
I’m an experienced and active FIFA player who earns millions of coins each year by trading on the market and playing many matches. In FC 25 I have already played hundreds of matches and earned my coins fairly.
When I received the notification, I initially thought it was a mistake. I therefore contacted customer service via EA Help. The advisor said they would file a report and advised me to submit an appeal against the penalty as well.
To date, however, I don’t see any penalty visible in my account (possibly a bug?). I did submit an appeal via EA Help, but the response I received was that the decision had been upheld, without any further explanation.
I kindly but urgently request clarity from EA on the following points:
On what basis was the ban imposed?
- If I know exactly what triggered it, I can prevent it in the future
- Is this about sales to “lazy buyers” or investments in players who went out of packs?
What happens to the value I’ve built up?
- I had more than 1.5 million coins and have therefore suffered significant losses due to the depreciation of investments. Players like Gravenberch that i bought 6 times, are down from 110k -> 65k.
- In addition, I am still entitled to the FIFA Points that come with my Ultimate Edition.
I’m not asking for an exception, but for transparency and a fair reassessment. I am 100% certain that I have not bought or sold coins and that my way of trading is fully within the rules.
I hope you will review this carefully.
