Transfermarkt is unable to unlock

After unlocking the transfermarket by doing all the objectives I continiously get the notification that I have to come back in 24 hours to get full acces to the transfermarket. I unlocked this in early acces and i  played every day since for over 150 games. 

As described in the conditions I should’ve had already acces for more than 7 days rn. I can buy players but sell none.

Despite multiple times of reaching Out towards EA i don’t get an answer yet a solution.

Please fix this issue rn or I quit playing and demand my money back in any case for false information described on the website.
