Weird and sudden account banning

 It's so weird that I just go randomly banned for no reason during a early stage of game play, I'm have playing this game since 2019 for playing FC games, I have done nothing that against the rule of the game, no buying coins, no cheating with third party modification, I don't even know what I did that would cause getting ban. As I mentioned, I was using a avg 60 rated team with all chinese football player to play DR, where I lost the game, but scored few goals with a wonderful player, this is the only thing that I can think of the reason of bans, where this could consider as large gap betweem team overall avg, I got notifications of account banned right after the game finished. I have played either FIFA and FC for many years, every generation, I believe with my skill, scoring goals with new great stauts future player is reasonable, I have absolutely no clue why u banned me instead of sending him an email saying “ u should be better”. I being spending tons of the time on the new FC26, where I loved the games and all the new changes,  it's really unfortunately to see this happened, I felt really upset from EA group, I'm sorry if there is any misunderstand between this case, it's quite unaccpectable this happen, I have submitted multiple cases, and it never reply back... 

And it has been more than 10 days... I can't find any other way to contact this company, I'm in Vancouver, EA is built right in this city, but I don't think I can just go and tell them what happen... 

Is anyone have similar happen like this? EA just randomly banning people without any explanations.

    Hey niuniu66623​,

    Sorry it's been taking so long for you to hear back. It does look like an initial reply was sent for issue 224227876, and based on the status of that case it seems this is under investigation.

    You should be able to check your case history here to review that initial response and keep an eye out for the Terms of Service team to finish their investigation and get back to you. That will just depend on how many other cases are in their queue ahead of yours. While I'm not able to provide an ETA, I would suggest not opening multiple appeals just to avoid slowing the process down as the team reviews the appeal.

    Thank you for replying, I removed the multiple appeals, the case number with 224227876 shows me the stauts right now is waiting for the stuido, I guess I will keep waiting until they reply? 

    by the way, thank you again for replying me, I just kind of frustrated by no messages from EA...
