WHATS HAPPEN ON YOUR GAMEPLAY EA?

It feels like there are stat gimmicks in EA FC UT. When I play Rivals with a 99-rated team, I get beaten by opponents using only basic gold cards; suddenly, my players move sluggishly and sprint incredibly slowly—even players with 99 pace are barely moving. Why do you guys at EA always engineer losses through your own game mechanics? I was on the verge of getting promoted to Division 2, only to be defeated by EA's inconsistent gameplay system.
