Thanks for taking the time to provide that context. If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They're a team of humans with the right tools and records to review this for you.
We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete.

HelloEA_mplsnow I have already try to do as the step that your mentioned, but it also did not work for supplying a appeal or reply the history page.

Again I didn’t cheat for each game why the AI ban my account suddenly with no details mentioned what I did.
