Xbox user need helps on connection issue
Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some technical help because I’m currently unable to finish almost any match.
Issue:
About 95% of my games end in DNF (Did Not Finish) due to connection problems.
Connection diagnostics look normal:
- Connection Quality Report: Good
- Packet loss: 0% (tested)
- NAT Type: Open
- Ping to opponent: 18–20 ms
- Internet speed: 80+ Mbps download/upload
- DNS tested with: 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
- Platform: Xbox Series S
Despite all of this, the game still disconnects almost every match. It’s basically impossible to complete a full game.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a fix?
Also, is there any official support from EA that can check if this might be server-side?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
