‘Contract already accepted’ on every single player

Hi, this one is for career mode players. After the most recent update, every single player on the game is now showing the message ‘contract already accepted’.

i had loads if players that I was looking at signing on a pre contract agreement but now they’ve all gone elsewhere as I was under the impression that they had signed somewhere else.
