Hi!
Every time I launch FC 26, I get this message:
“You have more than one device with an FC 26 profile. Please select which storage device to load from.”
The problem is that I can’t press OK or select anything – the game freezes on that screen. I tried deleting local save files, but that only made me lose all my progress, and the same message still appears.
It looks like many other players have the same issue, but it hasn’t been fixed yet.
Details:
- Console: (e.g. Xbox Series X / PS5)
- EA ID: (your username)
- When the issue started: (date/time)
- Steps I have already tried:
- Restarted the console
- Full power reset
- Deleted local files
- Signed out and back into EA account
- Reinstalled the game
Result:
Game freezes on the same screen every time.
Expected solution:
Please fix the bug so we can select the correct storage device
