“There has been an error with the FC store checkout”

For how long are you gonna keep the points we purchased without fixing the glitch? Every time I contact your support team they tell me to try buying through the PS store which every time doesn’t work and i pay the money but don’t receive the points. Then they tell me “wait 24 hours” brother it’s been months since this glitch started what are they talking about 24 hours?
