10 hours of EA Play On fc26

Good evening everyone. I have an Xbox Series S and I bought EA Play to play the 10 hours of FC26. I enter the game normally and it asks me if I want to keep my team from previous FC games. After that, a message appears saying it's updating the latest online squads and then the game simply freezes and stays on the same screen without me being able to do anything. I've already tried several things, even those suggested by Xbox support, but without success.
