performance loss and game bugs

Dear EA yesterday out of nowhere my game crashed jerseys and hair are flying everywhere not according to physics, also even though I have the game set to 240FPS and my computer has never had a problem processing this game, despite that the game looks like it's running at 30FPS please it's my favorite game I ask you to please look into the matter if the update you released on March 24th could have caused this and if so fix it thank you EA🙏🙏🙏
