1st Season Pass not Free despite pre-order

I pre ordered the game and received the 2,000 fc points upon full release at 12am but have not received the 1st season pass free as I should have and have been unable to claim rewards from it that I am due as a result.

can someone take a look into this and resolve it for me please?
