3 months no possibility to sell players

I've had the game three months+ now and still to this day I can't sell any players, I have tried everything possible to fix, ea are useless! Completely ignoring my problems. Support is non existent. I've paid for this game!! I have bought points to open packs to then be met with "come back in 24 hours, you've exceeded you limit" error code. On web app it just says not possible to list! I have completed all objectives to activate transfer market to not being able to use it. I've had to quick sell players to make coins. Absolute awful game! How can you expect users to carry on buying this s*** franchise.
