500 point cup disconnecting issue

hello, i have report please can you fix it?

it's in 500 FC point cup and it's when i play some one who knows this issue he uses it to disconnect me and make himself win the match although i am leading in the score and even the end match menu shows up and above the score is written (Win) but it counts as a loss.
