About FPS drop at halftime or cutscenes

I tried every optimization possible (also took helped by chatgpt) but this issue is a pain in the neck. EA side are not giving green light for a fix soon. At this point I don't know what to do. My settings still reset randomly. Shader caches are so random. Nvidia settings and game settings override themselves. If someone managed to get rid of this mf, I would like to be informed. Hopefully, we will get rid of this soon.
