Access has been restricted

EA you are getting on my nerves at this point, I've tried to log on yesterday and today but it still shows me that I have been restricted from playing FC 26. I don't understand, what have I done wrong. I did buy the game off Loaded/CD keys and I have been in contact with them so I'll see what they can do and I trust them cause every time I bought a game from them they have been helpful and way more responsive, quick and kind and in my opinion very reliable as well so EA this has got to be your fault. Fix yourself and your games, all I did was redeem a code and it worked until this new update has come along for the scream promo cards. I just wanna play a game I have bought with my hard earned money that I treated myself with.
