(UPDATE) For those unable to connect to EA Servers on PS5

Hello everyone, I believe me together with many of you out there are facing connection issues to EA servers for the past few days. I have finally managed to speak to an EA advisor after looking for so long! Told them my issue and they finally acknowledged that they are aware of the situation and has been working fo rectify the issue. I have told them that the very least they can do is to update us on their social media page so that we are aware of the status! They are unable to commit when it would be rectified though and not able to answer me as to why some users are not affected. Refer to my attachment for screenshot of their replies to me. I am from Singapore by the way.

  • After ending the chat session, I login 10minutes later and magically able to connect as usual.

  • did u have to do anything? to fix it? and is the problem gone or did it come back

  • also was your error the “you have lost your online connection. Check your home network…” thingy

    Yup, this was my error. My internet is working fine, other games and even FC25 works ok. Just FC26 with this error.

    Before finally getting to talk to the advisor yesterday, I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clear my PS5 cache, rebuild the database, change DNS settings. Nothing works.

    Only after talking to the advisor last night and after telling me that they are looking into the matter for everyone, I tried logging in 10 minutes later and somehow it worked and I was able to play. Managed to play about an hour or so without any problem.

    I have not tried today.. will update again if there is any problem today.

    Heeerish, i am able to log in today as well. Some others who faced the same issue also able to log in now without issue. Can try again.

    how do you do a live chat with ea? i cant find it on ea help anywhere.

    I could not find it for more than 5 days as well until I went to their EA Help page and submitted a case that my account could have been hacked. After submitting the case, the "Contact an EA Advisor" popped up on the page.

    Nothing improved and this issue still exist every night since it have been launched.  This is the most disappointing year of FC(FIFA) especially the IMPRESSIVE network connection and server status.  I thinks the “ADVISOR” was just saying what they always do: “we are working on it!”.  Yes, they are always working on fooling us and making us to pay but get that sh_t every year.  Good Game EA.

    They fixed my account but not the servers. Couldn't log into Clubs last night. Kept bringing me back to the home screen. Same things for my friends as well. Agreed on this being the worse Fifa (FC) game till date. Kept increasing the price, even certain things in Clubs, you have to pay for it. Only think of making money but stealing from us fans instead. Can't even play the game without issues everyday.
