Account banned and I can't submit appeal

Hello there,

My account was suddenly banned from fc 26 for "balance transfer" - an accusation I have never ever done before. Actually I seldom used the transfer market this year, not to mention transfer coins to/from other accounts, so I can gurantee that this ban is purely a ridiculous mistake.

After I found this ban, I immediately went to EA HELP and intented to submit an appeal, only to find that it turns into "Case not created" agian and agian, as attached.

Please EA support team or anyone here help me reslove this problme and unlock my account.
