Account Routing Corruption – Unable to Reach EU Data Centers (PC)
I am having a severe issue with EA SPORTS FC online gameplay on PC that seems to be tied to my EA account’s routing or region assignment.
The game menus are smooth, and kickoff/squad battles are perfect. The delay only begins when an online match starts. Ping meter is fine (green 45ms) but inputs are heavily delayed and gameplay is unstable.
Important info:
Tested multiple ISPs (Lebanese providers)
Tested mobile hotspot
Tested another PC
Reinstalled the game and EA App
Cleared caches & settings
Reset DNS, adapters, etc.
The problem follows my EA account, not the hardware or network.
It appears my account is stuck on a corrupted routing profile. Many players with the same symptoms had their issue fixed when EA Support manually reset their account’s connectivity assignment.
Can a moderator escalate this to the support team to reset my account’s routing/region
