Account-Specific Crash on PC (Steam)
Hello EA Community Team,
I am experiencing a persistent crash that is 100% tied to my specific EA Account.
The Issue: When I try to launch FC 26 via Steam, the game crashes instantly during the splash screen.
Evidence for Account Corruption:
A different EA account works perfectly on the same PC and hardware.
My Companion App on Mobile shows Unknown items and missing graphics in my club. This confirms my Persona is corrupted on the server side.
Support tried to redirect me to Steam, but Steam has no access to my EA database or the mobile app.

Detail: INVALID_POINTER_READ
Steps already taken: Full reinstall, cache cleared, password changed, 2FA reset. None of this works because the error is in the accounts cloud data.
Request: Can a Community Manager please escalate my case to the technical team? My account needs a hard resync or a persona repair because of the Unknown items blocking the login.
