Account Wrongly Banned After Disconnects – Request for Review, No Rule Violation
Hello EA Team and Community,
I’m writing this post because my EA SPORTS FC 26 account was permanently banned on October 26, 2025, for “balance transfer” activity — but I have never done anything against the rules.
Here’s what happened:
During several matches last week, I experienced network disconnections (unstable internet). After reconnecting, I later found out my account was flagged and banned. I believe the system or UT review may have mistaken these disconnects or reconnection logs as suspicious activity.
I have never transferred coins, items, or in-game currency between accounts, and I have never traded or gifted anything. All my in-game progress was earned through fair play.
I have already submitted an appeal through the official EA Help page, but I wanted to share this here as well so that it can be reviewed more quickly. I truly love this game and always follow EA’s rules.
Please, could someone from the EA team review my ban case again? I’m confident this was a false detection caused by connection issues, not any intentional misconduct.
