Already Cheaters/Disconnect Glitches in FC 26

How is it possible that in my last 2 drafts I get booted out of the game and receive a loss? In my first draft the match is 0-0 and the guy pauses twice on me and I end up getting kicked out and lose. The second one is much worse as im winning 3-0 and then he pauses on me and I taken a loss for the match. I used FC Points for these drafts and there is no way im going to be compensated or an EA employee won't look at my matches to see that im losing for no reason.
