an error with FC store when buying coins

i was opening some packs when all of sudden i tried buying some coins with my steam wallet and it went back to the game and said something about an error with FC shop, i waited a couple of hours and still same issue, my steam has no problems, i tried it more than 10 times, restarted game, restarted pc, restarted router, disabled and enabled network driver, disconnected router and waited 15 mins, nothing works, i saw something about VPN online, i don't have a VPN and i checked my network settings to be sure, any ideas?
