An evolution player disappeared from Club after submitting Base Card into an SBC

Question

As the title suggests, an evolution player (86 Matheus Cunha) disappeared from my club after I submitted his Base 83-rated card into an SBC. The EA help chat offered no help.

I had previously evoed the Base Matheus Cunha into an 86-rated evolution card with two different evos (Airborne & Estrella de Montacada), and I am now unable to find him anywhere. I have not submitted the evolution version anywhere, so this is beyond frustrating.

Literally the exact same thing has just happened to me, I’ve lost my 88 Frimpong because I put his base card into an SBC

I just lost my 90 rated Gloukh because of this and I immediately&nbsp;deleted everything related to FC26. Evo's where the only good thing about this game and now because of a glitch my best evo is gone and so am I. Nice EA, as if we didn't had enough reasons to quit already.&nbsp;
