Another (different) controller issue

Still same issue following the patch. Can anyone have the decency to reply/ acknowledge this?

EA_Hux​EA_Draya​ I’m just tagging random people now. Can someone give me a reply as this is still happening after almost a month? Instead of 2 or 3 times, it’s happening once or twice a match now.

Why is no one answering in this thread? That's been over a month and I still can't play a whole game without my controller acting up. Absolute joke

If this happens with any controller then maybe there are some background processes using the PC's resources while you play. Try to disable any useless program or process running in the background and add your PC specs to the post. It will be helpful.

Also make sure your drivers are updated and that this doesn't happen with any other game.

Unsure which specs you need: Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics (16 CPUs), ~3.2GHz; Memory: 16384MB RAM; Available OS Memory: 15724MB RAM; Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070; Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (240Hz); Display Memory: 8357 MB; Dedicated Memory: 495 MB; Shared Memory: 7862 MB 

Let me know if anything is missing and I'll dig it out.

I can confirm all drivers are updated (I even downloaded the xbox app and updated the controllers that way) and this has never happened on any other game before - including last year's FC.

Re: background processes, there are a lot. I don't know where to start...are there known ones which are problematic?

I'm having the same issue as you only it happens like 10-20 times per game. For me it only started to happen after this latest patch a couple of days ago. Incredibly disappointing that no one from EA is acknowledging that they're working on it or that it's even a problem. 

Between this, rivals disconnecting and the game not being optimised....I swear they dgaf about PC players

Same here! It only started happening since the patch.. My controller doesn't do this in any other game, just FC.. Ridiculous that they haven't found a fix for it.. completely unacceptable..
