Same here. From SG, unable to connect to EA servers upon launching the game on PS5. Have tried uninstall and re-install, clear PS5 cache, rebuild game database, switched to Wifi, changed DNS settings. All didn't work. I am on Singtel as well but my friend who is also on Singtel has no issue at all. Funny thing is when I tried playing on FC25, I can connect to the servers.
Definitely not a Singtel issue. Been playing the game since 2008, this is definitely the longest it has been with regards to connection issues. Paid so much for the pre-order but this issue just makes me question myself, is it time to just quit the game? EA doesn't care about customers. Their support page is non-existence at all!
