Appealed a ban,waiting 17 days now

I was hacked November 21 and coins got transfered. Banned within an hour of it happening.

Appealed the ban on November 22nd. We are now 17 days further. Countless conversations with EA help. Noone can help and they just copy and paste the same bs.

I have not received a single mail about the ban or the appeal. This takes the **bleep**. The hack was done via pc while we only play on ps5. Seems like a no brainer to get our coins back and lift the ban.

Will give it a few more days but then I will takes this further. I'm done waiting on a game I paid for. I will speak to a solicitor about the lack of communication, refusal of giving me information to put in an official complaint, time I wasted chasing this, breaking the 10 days appeal,...
