    Hey everyone!

    Thank you for all your reports. We are still trying to get to the bottom of these connection issues in Australia, and some more information would be helpful for the investigation.

    If you could provide us the following details:

    • Platform:
    • Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID:
    • Game mode where the connection issues happen:
    • Your ISP (Internet Service Provider):
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):

Same! Haven’t been able to play ultimate team at all! Seasons online works fine! Are you guys with Optus?

Yes I am with Optus. I get in now and again but very rare. Everything just seems to be loading all of the time. At this point I would take my money back, it’s so frustrating! Why have EA not addressed the matter ???? Or written back to anyone at least.

    Yeah same! I’ll be asking for a refund - haven’t been able to play 2 games in a row!
