Ban

I receive a ban for hours. It's not specific how many. Can someone tell me how long will take?

Hi l598y6u4xn77,

We wouldn't know from the EA Forums. When a ban or suspension is applied, the Terms of Service aim to send out an email with more info about it. Could you double-check your emails, just in case there's one from them?

If there isn't, if you feel there's been some sort of mix-up and you never broke the rules, you can appeal the ban, and our Terms of Service team will investigate things for you.

Like he is going to tell you if he broke the rules or not if he is a cheater and what part of that word you don't understand if your anti cheat gives out false bans then it doesn't work does it and why should we trust the anti cheat when you don't.
