Banned for cheating

I even prepared 300K FC points for this game, and i made sbc for toty 4 hours on   16 Jan, and my account was banned finally.  If EA cannot deal with the cheating reasonably， please don't influence ordinary players at least.  

It's ridiculous, somebody said that if your have thunder IBnaze , the Brazil CB，you will be banned. I just wish that I can get my account back soon to join TOTY, if no , I think I will not play this game anymore. 

The problem is that I play a few games recently and I never cheat any game in my life. But I don't receive any news about my account after ban at the same time.I only get email which said  your account will be reviewed.  I really want to join TOTY and I have prepare a lot for TOTY , My account is 100% clear. I want  to get some clearly news to get my account back before TOTY ending.  In my opinion,  it's ridiculous to ban my account. you can check my game record, because I mainly get fun from getting new players.  TOTY is the biggest activity in this game, and I think my account get unfair punishment to let me out of TOTY.  I firmly believe that the ban of my account is mistake so I want to get my account back as soon as possible.   This is my only appeal. 

Hello my friend. I have also been affected by the same kind of inexplicable ban. On 17.01.2025, I submitted an appeal immediately after the ban, and there has been no response. 

A letter with the same content has arrived.

If your account is banned, then you'll need to raise an appeal with our terms of service team as you've already done. One appeal is enough, and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Be careful not to continue your appeals, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get to it.  You'l get an email with their response when they've finished their investigation.
