EAFC26 IS CRASHING

i cant play the game its crashing on my ps5 ive try everything and its still the same crashing on sbc building team can anyone help me bin like this for over a 1week now just want to play and stream eafc26

Hi there. That doesn't look like a crash. It seems to be more connection related. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?

it’s happening to everybody. the game keeps freezing on ultimate team.
