banned for nothing

The situation is that my account was banned on 16 Jan. The reason is that I have cheat the game. and I got a email about that I break the rules. After I appeal my account, EA check again and give me a reason about my account is banned again. I never break any rules in EAFC. This is ridiculous, and EA is the rude robber in the area of football game. They even can not give me any evidence. All of this is ridiculous. They just rob my money easily without any reason.  What a technology they have!  I don't cheat any game in EAFC26 and I have pay a lot in this game. I still got unfair treatment in this game.  please hire someone normal and fire HR.
