Banned On Christmas Day for No Reason

Yesterday I was banned from EA FC 26 for a balance transfer on Christmas Day. I believe that refers to buying coins or irl trading which I haven't done. I have been playing EA FC / Fifa consistently every year since Fifa 21, and this is the first time I have ever run into an issue like this.

Considering the amount of money and time I put into this game every year, I thought that this ban could have an easy resolution. But I still remained banned for a balance transfer, even though I barely used the transfer market.

This is the first year I decided to play on PC instead of Xbox, and this has spoiled my experience and I am unsure of what to do now.

I had hoped to find an EA live chat as they have had in the past so I could quickly resolve this ban, but for me at least, it seems I am unable to find an EA live chat.

Is there any other way to contact EA or somebody who can get me unbanned as soon as possible?

I had hoped to enjoy my holidays but now i am left dissapointed.
