Being unfairly declared the loser and losing the match.

In the Ultimate Team match I played today, my opponent was AFK from start to finish. My opponent did not make a single move; he was AFK for the entire match. I stopped playing for just a few minutes, and I was given a default loss????!!! You need to fix this immediately. I also attached a video recording of a portion of the match. I would have included all of it, but I couldn't because the file size limit was exceeded. Please help as soon as possible.
