Still no help from ea at all …

It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten any help I have multiple discussions on here with 0 help … I’m definitely not buying the new game when it comes out. I’m done with this game…. I’ve been trying to play ultimate team for over a week now I spent lots of money on this game just to be ignored and not helped is crazy to me. This company is the worst.  Fix your servers stop blaming it on us that it’s our connection. No, it’s your servers fix your servers so many of us having the same issues and you guys keep saying that we need to fix it on our end. No fix it on your end. Not caring about your customers that I got you guys Rich and keep you guys. Rich is the most ridiculous thing. I’ve been playing this game since 2017 no longer playing anymore. And if by some miracle, you guys decide to comment on this discussion thread, yes I’ve tried everything you’re about to ask. It’s not an issue on my part. It’s an issue with your servers so fix your servers stop telling us to fix our connection or fix our router or fix whatever you’re gonna ask us to fix just fix your servers. That’s literally the issue. Honestly this is a blessing in disguise no longer will I be spending money on this game? I get to save so much money this coming year never playing Trash FC again.
