BLACK SCREEN/ NEVER ENDING Pause Menu

Hello, i never write on forums before, but here's my first attempt. I've been dealing with a constant issue when playing your game. The issue being that i can never "complete" my match. Im playing a Rivals game and going into HT, then all of a sudden i cannot get out of the pause menu and there is a non stop highlight reel in the background until im eventually fed up and restart my game and get DNF. Also, lets say my squad battle match just finished instead of taking me back to the menu my screen is just black, my game did not crash it simply never transitions and gives me menu options. I could still access the "EA Connect" overlay but the end of game menu just never comes then the same scenario i have to restart the game and I get no completion and a "DNF" warning. What is the issue here? How can we fix this? Is there a way to simplify the menu process without facing constant  Crashes.
