Community ManagerWhen you say "blue screen" rickisagoodboy, my first thought is a BSOD on a PC. As you are on Xbox, can you grab me a screenshot of just what you are seeing?
This way I'll have a better idea as to what it looks like, and it may be something I've seen before, which'll help.
Have you tried any Xbox troubleshooting steps for issues like games freezing?
