Bought ultimate edition, but season pass is locked

Hey Sir_506​,

When did you buy the Ultimate Edition? The premium pass is a pre-order bonus. If you bought the game after its official launch, then the premium pass isn't included.

    I have the same issue. Bought Ultimate Edition 3 weeks before the launch. 
    Many users have this problem.
